Quran(2:282)

 

Well it’s a long ayat : lets summarize it . so we can say if there are not two men available then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses so that if one can make error other can remind her.

 

And in Bukhari if we look and the Muhammed quote: (vol 3, book 48, no 286)

Prophet said “ isn’t the witness of a women equal to half of a men?

Women says: yes

Then prophet says “This is because of the deficiency of a women’s mind”

 

what is deficiency?

the quality or state of being defective or of lacking some necessary quality or element

 

so we can clearly say women are not equal as men.

 From the verses of Quran and Mohammed we can clearly understand that two women are equal to a men. This verses used to indicate womes are inferior to men or women are dumber then men. If one women make a error or mistake the other women can remind her. What if a men make error or mistek. Who will remind him? Some scholer support this verses of quran by giving example of women suffer more in dementia. (Dementia is a collective term used to describe various symptoms of cognitive decline, such as forgetfulness. It is a symptom of several underlying diseases and brain disorder) . well lets make them wrong. Lets look at the fact

“This large population-based study suggests no gender differences in the incidence of dementia up to high age. After 90 years of age the incidence of Alzheimer's disease is higher for women than for men.”

So we can say women have that disease after the age of 90. but look at the average lifespan of people. So we can say this is not acceptable . if we look at the literate rate in the world we will find the real truth

 

“a male literacy rate of 88% and a female literacy rate of 79%.”

Do you still think women are dumb?
